Local hero Ben McKenzie, whose portrayal of Ryan Atwood on The OC has played an important role in the last three or four years of my life (really) came to UT to rally the Obama troops. I was there to document the brooding hero and his fawning crowds.



I'm so goddamn photogenic.



That's a little better. Kerry Washington (to my left) was in The Last King of Scotland, and we chatted about my cousin Nick Stroh (scroll down a little), who she tells me was about 1/6th of the inspiration for the main character in the film.
